The Late Clock In icon highlights visits that haven’t been started on time.

How It Works:

  • If a visit hasn't been started within a set number of minutes after its scheduled start time, it will display the Late icon.
  • Example: A visit scheduled for 8:00 AM will show the icon at 9:00 AM if your late setting is 60 minutes.
  • The icon disappears once the visit is In-Progress or Completed.

Why It Helps:

  • Makes it easier for office staff to spot delays.
  • Enables quick follow-up with the aide (📱 their number is listed at the bottom when you click the visit).

Setup Notes:

  • This feature is optional and disabled by default.
  • Agencies choose the number of minutes to wait before a visit is marked late.
  • This does not block the aide from starting the visit—it’s just a visual alert.
  • Works best when scheduled times reflect real visit times.
  • Barnestorm Office > Codes > Security > Global Settings > Aide Activity > 0227: Set number of minutes considered late.
TIP: After selecting a scheduled entry you will see their cell phone listed at the bottom of the screen.
