CareChamp - Care Champ Patient Not Home


Cancel – Patient Not Home

Use this cancel option with CareChamp when the patient is not home or refuses services.

  • Tap the scheduled visit from your app.
  • Tap the Cancel Visit option.
  • Tap Cancellation Reason and choose the appropriate reason from the list.
  • Tap Set to confirm the selected reason.
  • (Optional) Add notes in the Comments section.
  • Scroll down and tap the Cancel button at the bottom.

This will mark your visit as completed but indicate that the patient was not home.

⚠️ This type of cancel cannot be used on a future scheduled dates. It must be for the current date only.
