01.06 Selected Patient Detail

This is the most common report to run when looking for active patient information, patients admitted, and patients discharged.  This report has several different ways to run the information you are looking for.

How to Run the Report

From / Thru = This will depend on what information you are running; Active Patients, Admits, Discharges, or Birthdays.

Active Patients = To get a list of active patients for the current day, both From and Thru must be todays date. If you use a range of dates then it will select patients who were active on those dates, including patients that were active but discharged during that time frame.

Admits = This will select patients who were admitted in the time frame selected.

Discharges= This will select only patients who have a discharge date in the time frame selected.

Deceased = Selects patients with an "Expired" discharge reason.

Birthdays = Select any day of the month that you want to view patient birthdays for.  The report will only run for one month and goes by the From date, you cannot cross over months.

On Hold = This will disregard the From and Thru date and select any patient that has a Patient Status (from the Referral > Finish screen) of On Hold. This will also include active and on-hold COVID patients.

RBNA = This will disregard the From and Thru dates and select any patient that has a Patient Status (from the Referral > Finish screen) of Referred, not admitted.

Program(s) / Payer(s)/ Team(s) / Employee(s) = Filter report by entering program, payer, team, employee number(s).  Or leave blank to select all.

Doctors / Communities /Counties / Referred By = Filter the report by entering the code into the field.  Or leave blank to select all.

Do Not Print SSN (social security number) / Do Not Print Medicare/Medicaid ID #s = Does just what it says, it will NOT include that information on the report.

Search Consulting Drs = When searching for specific doctors using the Doctors field you can check this box to also include any consulting doctors from the Referral > Dr + Pharmacy tab.

Search all payers = This will include all payers entered on the Referral > Payers tab, not just the primary payer.

Print a random selection =This is a great feature to use when you want to complete a QI study on random active or discharged patients.  You can either pick a certain number of patient or a percentage of patients.

Male Female All = Narrow down the section to only male or female.

Order Report By = Select how you want the information ordered.

Report Content = Select what information you want to show up.

*Note that when you select a Report Content the header information will appear at the bottom of the screen.

**When you select Report Content 8, 9 or G you will get an option to print each patient on a separate page.
