Timeframe: Check 24–72 hours after importing EVV Visits from Barnestorm to HHAeXchange.

Step 1: View Claims Status - View Claims Status

Use this report to confirm whether visits were accepted or rejected by the payer.

• Go to Billing > Claims > View Claims Status.
• Click the dropdown arrow beside each to review valuable information.

📌 Use these details to determine if any corrections are needed before re-submitting EVV visits.

Step 2: Check the Prebilling Page - Review Visits on the Prebilling Page

This section highlights visits that are held for pre-billing review before they can be processed by the payer.

• Navigate to Billing > Claims > Prebilling.
• Focus on the Review Visits section (starts at Step 5 in HHAeXchange documentation).
• Caregiver Compliance alone should not hold up visit from billing process. 
  • If multiple errors are involved, visit will be held up.

📌 Visits listed here will not move forward until the issues are resolved.

Step 3: Billing Review - Billing Review

For additional review, use the Billing Review section to:

• Double-check visit details
• Review any remaining holds
