11.03 Active Patients with 1 SN visit and only PT and/or OT charges
This report will display a listing of your active patients who have one initial nursing visit and only PT and/or OT charges. To access the report, go to Reports > Patient > 11.03 Active Pts W PT OT Only.
How to Run the Report
- Click the Print the Report tab to print the report.
How to Read the Report
- Chart #= The patient's assigned chart number.
- PatName= The patient's name as keyed in the referral.
- Admit Date = The date of admission.
- Ther = The number of therapy visits.
- SN = The 1 initial SN visit.
