This report will display a listing of your therapy patients. To access the report, go to Reports > Patient > 22.06 Therapy Only Patients.

How to Run the Report

• Include DC Patients On/After = This allows you to include patients that have been discharged. Type in your selection date.

After you've made your selection above, click Print the Report to view the report. 

How to Read the Report

• Chart #= The patient's assigned chart number.
• Patient= The patient's name as keyed in the referral.
• Admit Date = The date of admission.
• Discharged = The date of discharge. If patient is still active, this field will be blank. 
• SNDate = The date of last SN visit.
• SNvx= The number of SN visits.
• PTDate = The date of last PT visit.
• PTvx = The number of PT visits. 
• OTDate = The date of last OT visit.
• OTvx = The number of OT visits. 
• STDate = The date of last ST visit.
• STvx = The number of ST visits.
