EVV - Mark Rejected EVV Visits as Ready to Send HHAeXchange / CareBridge
Review rejected EVV Visits for errors.
Go to: Billing > HIPAA Transactions > HHAeXchange/CareBridge > Status of HHAeXchange and CareBridge Uploads
- Select either HHAeXchange or CareBridge
- Select the Svc Date bullet and change the From and Thru dates to the dates of service to review
- Select Refresh the List of Transmissions button
- Select one of the print views:
- Print All Details Using this option will show all attempts to send each service date. The report will display the transmit date and the status of the visit, including success or the reason it was rejected.
- Errors Only Will print errors only, excluding any that were sent successfully.
- Click on Update Accepted Status and Print Report
- Review errors and correct in Barnestorm
