CareChamp - Patient Schedule Not Showing in App


Schedule Not Showing in App

Option A: Add the Visit Manually (if available)
  1. Tap the ➕ button in the top right.
  2. The Schedule New Visit screen appears.
  3. Tap Patient to view an alphabetical list.
  4. Select the patient and tap Set.
  5. Set the Visit Type to Aide Visit.
  6. Tap Schedule to enter a future visit time, or Schedule and Start if you're at the patient’s home.
  7. Complete the visit as usual.
If the same patient repeatedly doesn't appear or shows up as a duplicate, notify the office to review your schedule setup. 

Option B: No + Button Available

If the + button is missing, the agency has disabled this feature.

Use one of these backup methods:

  • Telephony: Call the visit in using the Barnestorm-assigned number from the patient’s home phone.
  • Office Assistance: Contact the office to manually add the visit. Log out of the app and back in.
