The original 485 format is limited to a number of characters allowed in some boxes.  We recommend using the Space Saver 485 format to correct any issues with the full text not appearing.  You can turn this feature on by going to Barnestorm Office > Codes > Security > Global Setting > 485s and change number 0102 to True.This will automatically mark all 485s with the Space Saver 485 format.

If you wish to only use the Space Saver version on select 485s then do not turn on the global settings.Instead, you can select the episode from the 485 screen and check the box “Print as Space Saving Version”. This can be done only for 485s that are having issues, although, we do recommend using the newer format.
