My Visit is Not Going to Office When I Sync-Recover Visit


Barnestorm Point-of-Care

  1. Select the patient and go to the Visits/Assessments screen.
  2. Select the visit and then click the Recover icon just above the list of Completed Visits.
  3. It will ask if you want to recover the visit. Click Yes. It will remind you to complete a sync. 
  4. Complete a Synchronization. Your visit should now appear in Office.

Barnestorm Office:

The same process will work if you have deleted a visit note from Point of Care by mistake.  DO NOT sync yet, have someone select the visit from Barnestorm Office and press Recover tab or the keys Ctrl + R, then click on Yes to Recover Sync Point of Care.  The visit should be back.

You can also use this on 485s and OASIS.
