Barnestorm Point-of-Care
- Select the patient and go to the Visits/Assessments screen.
- Select the visit and then click the Recover icon just above the list of Completed Visits.
- It will ask if you want to recover the visit. Click Yes. It will remind you to complete a sync.
- Complete a Synchronization. Your visit should now appear in Office.
Barnestorm Office:
The same process will work if you have deleted a visit note from Point of Care by mistake. DO NOT sync yet, have someone select the visit from Barnestorm Office and press Recover tab or the keys Ctrl + R, then click on Yes to Recover. Sync Point of Care. The visit should be back.
You can also use this on 485s and OASIS.
