I get Errors When Trying to Print the Bereavement Assessment


Verify that contact name was selected from the drop-down list.

  • Add the contact's name in the Contact tab and save it. 
  • Go back into the assessment and select the contact's name from the drop-down list. 
  • Save and print the assessment. 
Verify the date and time appear correct and does not have the am and pm mixed up.
