Why Can't I Edit My Visit?


Use this if your Edit button on your note is not highlighted.  This means you have exceeded the number of days allowed to edit a note.  You may also consider use the Late Entry feature.
  1. From Barnestorm Office click the Codes button on the main menu.
  2. Click POC Codes from top menu.
  3. Click Note Codes
  4. Click Master and then NoteDays.
  5. Click on Edit Selected Item.
  6. Change the number of days to the age of the note you wish to edit and click on Save.
  7. From Barnestorm Point of Care synchronize and then edit the note.

     *Note: If the visit status is Locked+Chg then someone from Barnestorm Office will need to unlock the assessment for you.  Synchronize and the assessment should be unlocked for you. 

    For older visits you will want to use the late entry feature instead of editing the visit.
