Sync Visits
The Sync Visits option appears only when your app has unsynced visits.
Use this option if a visit shows as In-Progress or Completed on your app, but appears as Missed in Barnestorm Office.
- Tap Menu → Sync Visits.
- Tap Yes, Sync Visits.
- There will be no progress bar or confirmation message. This is normal.
⚠️ Avoid tapping repeatedly.
Wait at least 15 minutes before trying again if the visit hasn't shown up in Barnestorm Office
