Mark a Visit as Up For Grabs / Available Shift
📅 Cancel Scheduled Visit For Today
This process is to cancel a scheduled visit from CareChampPro so that another staff member can take the visit instead.Â
This is not to be confused with cancelling a visit that will not take place due to the patient not home or refused services.
- From the Home screen, tap the scheduled visit for today’s date.
- Scroll down and tap Cancel Visit.
- Select a reason: Aide not available, Holiday, Weather, or Other.
- Tap OK.
- Enter a comment under Cancellation Comments, then tap Cancel.
- Confirm by tapping Yes, Cancel Visit.
- The visit will now appear in orange at the bottom of your schedule as an Available Shift.
📅 Cancel a Future Scheduled Visit
- From the Home screen, scroll to the date of the scheduled visit.
- Tap the scheduled visit.
- A pop-up panel will appear at the bottom of the screen.
- Tap Cancel Visit.
