Cancel Visit - Non-Chargeable
You can mark a scheduled visit as cancelled from the EVV Visits screen in Barnestorm Office. These will be non-chargeable and they do not send to an aggregator.
How It Works
- Select the visit that needs cancelled.
- Click the Cancel button.
- Select the Visit Type reason for the cancellation.
- The end time automatically changes to match the start time.
- Add Comments if needed.
- Click on Update Visit.
