View Bereavement Assessments on Time Sheets


This feature will allow the bereavement assessments to show up on the employees time sheet.  A single visit status code needs to be created and added to the global setting in order for them to show up.

One-time Visit Status Setup 
  1. Barnestorm Office > Codes > Program Related Codes > Visit Status Codes 
  2. Enter the Program number of the Hospice program
  3. Either key in a three digit code you want to use or click on "Show Available Codes for Program" and select from the list
  4. Enter a description, ie. Bereavement Assessment
  5. Check No for Chargeable, Care Given and Real Visit
  6. Click on Save

Global Setting Setup
  1. Go to Barnestorm Office > Security > Global Settings > Time Sheets
  2. From item 1019 enter the new Visit Status Code

The assessments that are keyed into the Bereavement feature will show up on the employees time sheet.
