Deleting / Cancelling an Assessment 

Be sure there's no documentation on the note before removing. You will need the correct permission level to remove assessments. 
  1. From the Visits/Assessments screen select the visit you need to remove. You may need to unlock the visit first.  
  2. Click the 'Remove' button from the top of the screen. 
  3. You will be given an option with the pop up screen to: A) Click Yes to mark the visit as Cancelled. B) Click No to delete the visit. You'll be asking again if you are sure to want to remove the visit.


If you marked the visit as Cancelled by mistake

To change a visit from Cancelled back to Completed:
  1. Select the visit from Visits/Assessments 
  2. Click the 'Unlock' button located towards the top of the screen.
  3. The status should revert back to Completed.
