These reports will pull any medications that have a functional class with Antiinfective or Antibiotic in the description.
From Barnestorm Office go to Reports > Patient:
01.44 Pts Antibiotics/Infectives Hx
Pulls patient who were active during the time frame selected. This will include the entire medication history, even if the medication has been discontinued.
01.45 Pts W Antibiotics/Infectives
Pulls patients who were active during the time frame selected. It will only include active medications that have not been discontinued.
Reading the Report
DC Date = Will either show Active or the patient's discharge date from the agency.
Start Date = Is the effective date of the medication entry or it will be the discontinue date of that medication.
