Effective June 1, 2014, Barnestorm will no longer be able to transmit and receive files via dial up (Transmit to PGBA). Your agency must sign up with a vendor to connect to Medicare.
Barnestorm has worked with three different vendors for uploading files;
Eligibility check and transmission of claims through ZirMed has been integrated into Barnestorm. That means you can check a patients eligibility with one click of a button and you can transmit claims to ZirMed within Barnestorm Office.
The eligibility of all active Medicare patients can be done in a batch through eSolutions using their MVP service.
