If the preview of your assessment does not show your Blood Sugar Reading from the Endocrine screen it may be that not all of the questions needed were answered. Verify that the following three were answered: Fingerstick performed by, How was BS reading recorded, Blood Sugar Readings.
If one of the three fields are left blank then the reading will not appear on the assessment preview.
