For supplies that are billed through both Medicare and Medicaid - From Barnestorm Office > Codes > Rates > Supply codes:
If the supply is setup with the revenue code 0623; when a Medicaid claim is created the revenue code will automatically convert to 0270. When creating a Medicare claim it will stay as 0623.
