Turn Off Auto Adjustments for Medicaid Payment

You can disable the Medicaid Adjustments that happens with each Medicaid RA posting.

1. Go to Barnestorm Office > Accounts Receivable > Post Payments > Post Medicaid ERA.
2. Click on Set up ERA Codes.
3. Select the program you want to disable the adjustments for.
4. Change the answer for Create Adjustments to the number 2.
5. Click on the Save and then Close button.
6. Repeat if you want to modify another program code.
