My Insurance Company Denied Claim - Missing G Codes/HCPCS codes


If your insurance company has denied your claim, due to missing G codes/HCPCS codes, you will need to modify that payer’s setup. 

1.  From the Barnestorm Office main screen, click the Codes tab

2.  Click Program Related Codes

3.  Click Payer Codes

4.  Enter Program and Payer

5.  At Use Medicare HCPCS, select Yes

6.  Click Save

Recreate claim and print.
