Ability/Visionshare Support


Barnestorm does not support Visionshare or Ability.

Barnestorm claims and responses go into the HIPAA folder for most customers--you should be able to find and navigate to that folder if you use Ability. We are not able to set up Ability to use specific folders because it requires you to navigate each time you upload or download. If you have trouble with this, please call Ability.
