Error message "No HIPAA info for Payer"


When you are trying to create claims, if you get this error: "No HIPAA info for Payer", you need to go to HIPAA Transactions > Edit HIPAA Payers, look up the payer, and make sure the information is correct. If the payer is not listed, it needs to be added.  Go to article Add HIPAA Payer.

If your payer information is correct and you are still not able to create claims, make sure there is a HIPAA set up for Program 00 and Payer 000.
