From the Main Menu, click on Codes > Other Basic Codes > Doctors and then click on Print Codes. This will generate a list of all possible referral sources of both doctors and facilities. When creating the referral source for the first time, it is important that you select the correct Referral Type (ie. Physician, Hospital, Clinic).
To print a detailed list of referral sources, go to Reports > Referral > Referral Detail by Type. This gives you a graph with a percentage of referral types used along with the type of referral divided out in groups. Each group shows the patient and the name of the referral source.
To print a summary list of referral sources, go to Reports > Referral > Referral Summary by Type. This also has a graph, but only gives the number of referral types used and no detail information in case you just need a summary.
