3. Click on the OASIS you with to print. That line will be highlighted.
4. You have 3 different print options, at the top of the screen:
a. Print Patient Tracking Sheet - M0010 - M0150
b. Preview Long Form - Item ID, question description, item value, answer description.
c. Preview Short Form - Item ID and Item Value
d. Check box to include answers for M0063/M0064/M0065 to the Short and Long Form
5. Once you have chosen the view you need, click the printer icon on the top left corner of the screen. The OASIS will print.
6. Hit Close or the X in the right corner to exit screen.
