This report will display a listing of your patients with IV documentation. To access the report, go to Reports > Patient > 11.02 IV Patients.

How to Run the Report

• Starting Date = Type in your Starting search date.
• Ending Date = Type in your Ending search date.

After you've made your selection above, click Print the Report to view the report. 

• Due to the amount of text that generates for this report, the report is only available in Excel format. When clicking the Print button, a separate window will appear to save the spreadsheet to your desired location. Click Save once you've selected the folder to save to.

Information Included in the Spreadsheet

• ChartNum = The patient's assigned chart number.
• PatName= The patient's name as keyed in the referral.
• TimeIn = The date of assessment/visit.
• Description = The comments from the IV section of the assessment.
