If your employee has logged into the CareChamp app, and the tasks do not appear please check the following:
1. Check the Aide Plan to verify tasks are assigned. Click

2. Check the employee code setup to verify the revenue code assigned is 0570 or 0599. Click
here for a detailed article on how the employee should be set up for EVV requirements.
3. Make any necessary corrections and Save.
4. Have the employee sign back into the app to verify.
