How to Edit the Referral

How to select a patient to edit referral content.

  • From the Main Menu, go to the Select Patient tab.
  • Choose the patient by either:
    • Their six-digit chart number.
    • Searching by name (ensure the correct status is selected: Active or Discharge).
  • If multiple names appear, select the correct patient.
  • Go to the Referrals tab.
  • Update the necessary information.
  • Click Save before exiting.
