Medicare Credit Balance Report


Medicare requires a quarterly Credit Balance Report, to be completed on form CMS-838 Medicare Credit Balance. 
You can utilize the following Barnestorm report to gather information to complete this form.

1.  Click Accounts Receivable > Reports > 05.09 Selected AR Balances
2.  At the Thru Date = put in the last day of the quarter
3.  At Year/Month = put in the applicable year/month date range
4.  Check the Checkbox Credit Balances Only checkbox
5.  Click Print
