EVV - Change Date of Visit on EVV CareChamp App
When an aide is scheduled for one day but the visit needs to move to another day that same week, here are the instructions to change it: - Go to the schedule for that aide or patient.
- Right-click on the visit that needs to move.
- Select Edit.
- Change the Time In Date.
- Change the Time Out Date.
- Change the Day of the Week/Date at the bottom.
- Save and Close.
The visit will move on the schedule & on the app.
Be sure to do this BEFORE the aide needs to make the visit.
