- Time in and Time out for the actual starting and ending date/time for that visit. Click Set End Time to set the ending time and mark the visit as completed.
- Use the Lock button to finalize the visit and add your electronic signature (if one has been added to Barnestorm).
- Unlock will only allow you to unlock a visit that has not been prepped for billing. If the visit is Locked+Chg, you'll need your office to unlock it for you.
- The Build 485 Document and Build Oasis Document will only be active during assessment types that require them.
- New Option: We added Discharge Summary to discharge the patient from Barnestorm. This will carry over into Barnestorm Office and mark the patient as discharged with the reason selected. The Discharge Summary can be printed from Office or POC. IMPORTANT: Discharge Summary should only be used when the patient is discharged. Any schedules assigned to the patient will be removed if that option is selected. Note: in order for schedules to be removed from the Care Champ app, the user must complete this step with an internet connection.
