Example of logging out of a visit early in CareChamp

📋 Steps for finishing a visit early:

  • Select each task that was performed.
  • If not all tasks were done, tap Reason tasks could not be performed.
  • Select a reason, then tap Set.
  • Verify with a patient signature (if required).
  • Tap Finish.
  • Select the reason the visit ended early.
  • If it was a mistake, tap Continue Visit.
