While Barnestorm cannot troubleshoot devices, hereare general tips for enabling GPS. Device steps may change without notice.
Understanding "No GPS" EVV Status
- Indicates Location Services are turned off on the device.
- User may have selected 'Don't Allow' on the location popup when logging into CareChamp.
- Location Services may be disabled for specific apps.
- On iPhones, repeated denial of location access can fully disable the service until reset.

Enabling Location Services on iPhone
1. Close the CareChamp App: Swipe up to close the app completely.
2. Reset Location & Privacy Settings:
- Go to Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone.
- Tap Reset > Reset Location & Privacy.
- Enter your phone password and confirm Reset Settings.Â
3. Reopen CareChamp:
- Open CareChamp app.
- When prompted, select 'Allow While Using App'.
- When prompted, select ‘Allow’ for location service.

Enabling Location Services on Android
1. Closethe CareChamp App: Swipe away or force-close the app.
2. EnableLocation Services:
- Go to Settings > Location.
- Ensure Location Services is toggled ON.Â
3. ResetLocation Settings:
- Go to General Management > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
- Click on Reset settings.
4. Reset App Permissions:
- Go to Settings > Apps > CareChamp > Permissions.
- Select Location > Allow While Using the App.
5. Reopen CareChamp via Browser:
- Open Chrome and visit care-champ.web.app.
- Allow location permissions when prompted.
