Barnestorm FormFiller allows you to add any form you like into Barnestorm, and fill it in & file it electronically onto the patient's electronic chart.
- To get to FormFiller, select a patient and then click Fill Forms on the man menu.
- Select the form you want to fill at the top. The form will come up.
- You can click checkboxes and/or type to complete the form.
- When you finish, select the folder in the upper right. This is the folder in that patient's Documents.
- Click the blue Save icon.
To view/print the form, select the patients, go to Documents (under Patient Histories), and open the folder, double-click on the file.
