We are being told that the PGBA reviewers that do the pre-claim review requires that the doctor who signs the Start of Care 485 must attest that the Face to Face visit was done timely. We have updated Barnestorm to add the Date Face to Face Signed to Box 26 of the 485. The box 26 date format must be written out as: xx/xx/xxxx in the code template. 

We added a spot on the Edit 485 tab > Box 23 to document the “Date F2F Signed”.  Check the box and change the date to when the Face to Face was signed and Save the 485.  This will only show up for the Start of Care episode.
