We have released an updated Aide Care Plan. Attached you will find documentation and videos on how to create, edit and preview the aide's care plan.
The two reasons the aide care plan changed were; 1. To connect to our new aide app, CareChamp, which includes Electronic Visit Verification (or EVV) capability that is an upcoming requirement per Medicaid, and 2. to better accommodate two visits per day per aide.

To switch to the new aide care plan, go to Codes > Security > Global Setting > Aide Activity. Update 0213 to True. Note: Once this setting is updated it will update all employees who use Barnestorm. They will need to exit and log back into Barnestorm to get the update.
Other Global Settings that work with the new aide care plan are 0214 and 0215. When 0214 is marked as True, it will force the job code to match the same code as the payer. This is a typical setup for our CAP agencies who specially set up their codes this way.
When 0215 is marked as True, it will force the Case Manager to match the Aide.
