Barnestorm is on the Healthconnex
EHR Connected Vendors list!

It took quite a while to get through the connection process with NC Healthconnex, but as of February 2019, Barnestorm is on the Healthconnex EHR Connected Vendors list!

For you to connect to Healthconnex through Barnestorm, you must complete their participation agreement and send it in. 

• When they process your application (which may take a while), they will reply.

• If they need clarification for items on your application, they will let you know.

• When they reply, they should provide you with login info as well as an EID. You will need to forward this information to Barnestorm so that we can set up your connection.

• Once set up, by default, all of your patients are connected.

• Healthconnex has a portal you can log into to see/control your patient info.

• Please ask HIE about patient forms and communication--Barnestorm does not have this info.

The ONLY parts of the participation agreement that pertain to Barnestorm are the EHR vendor and the technical contact. There are pics of those two areas below for your info. Everything else on the agreement is about you and your organization.

If you have questions about the application beyond the areas below, contact HIE. They have indicated that they will accept applications that are incomplete or with questions on them and will contact you to ascertain any additional info they need, so just do your best.
