This report will pull patient's who have been discharged on the Referrals > Referral Information tab but does not have a discharged date keyed into the Payers tab. Note: If there is no discharge date, the system still considers the patient as 'Active' and patient will not show up on Discharge patient reports.
Reports > Audit > 07.10 Patients Missing DC Date
The report will pull any patient with the conflict. You have an option to filter by program or leave it blank to select all. The report will show the patient's status and how many visits have been completed.
