Recover Missing Chart

Recover Missing Chart

We have added a Recover Missing Chart button to the Select Patient screen in Point of Care. Use this feature to recover older, discharged patient assessments, as needed.

Select Recover Missing Chart.
Enter the patient's six digit chart number.
Enter the number of days you need to go back to pull the patient's assessments.
Select the Search button, the patient's name and number of assessments available will appear.
Select the Recover button.
You will receive a message when the process is complete - select the Close button.
