This report displays a list of 485s received by fax. In order for this report to work correctly, you will need to make sure your global setting for 485 > 0100 is set to False. This global setting, if set to True, will consider all 485s received by fax to be considered as received by mail. This will put a returned date in the fax received field as well as the received by mail field. If the global setting is set to false, when you mark the 485 as received by fax, it will only put the returned date in the fax field. Those will be displayed on the report. Check with your Office staff to verify this setting.
How to Run the Report
From Barnestorm Office, click on Reports > 485 > 48.02 485 Received By Fax.
Click the "Print the Report" tab. The system will locate all 485s that have been marked as received by fax.
How to Read the Report
o Chartnum = Patient chart number.
o Patname = Patient name.
o FromDt = 1st date of 485 cert period.
o Dtmailed = Date the 485 was mailed.
o Dtmailed2 = Date of the second attempt to mail 485.
o Dtfaxback = Date the 485 was marked as returned by fax.
