This report displays visit counts by payer/job code(s).

How to Run the Report

From Barnestorm Office, click on Reports > Agency Data > 02.66 Visit Count by Payer Job.

           o   Program(s) =You can enter a program number(s) or leave blank to select all.

           o   Beginning Date = Enter your beginning date of search. 

           o   Ending Date = Enter your ending date of search. 

Print the Report

After you've entered your search criteria, click the "Print the Report" tab.  

How to Read the Report

The payer number is listed at the top of each table.

o   Program = Name of program.

o   Payer = Name of payer.

o   Job Code = Job code.

o   Job Description = Service provided.

o   VstCount = Number of visits for the service/payer indicated.

o   PtCount = Number of patients for the service/payer indicated.

The final row of each table shows the totals.
