My Insurance Company Requires ICD9 Codes on Claim
If you are billing a private insurance company that requires ICD9 codes on claim, there has been an option added to the All Other Billing screen "Use ICD-9." You will need to click that check box prior to creating the billing.
If you are billing a PPS-like payer that requires ICD9 codes on claim, there has been an option added to the PPS Billing screen "Use ICD-9." You will need to click that check box prior to creating the billing. This is for claims that cross over into October 2015 but have a from date before October 2015.
