Generic High - Risk Medication Teaching Sheets


Attached are the generic high-risk medication teaching sheets.  You can print them or you can save them to your machine to have access to later.

To Print a teaching sheet select one of the PDF links below.  Towards to bottom, right of your screen there will be a prompt pop up to select the printer icon (see screen shot below):




To Save a teaching sheet to your machine to print later, select the Save icon from the pop up in the bottom, right corner.  You will need to select a location to save the PDF (maybe in the C drive, Barnestorm folder, Medicine folder C:\Barnestorm\Medicine):
