Hospice Days of Service - Discharge Patients
- Reports > Patient > 01.06 Selected Patients Detail
- Select your date range. If you wish to also select active patients then change the Thru date to 12/31/2075.
- Enter the Program number for Hospice
- Select Report Content L D/C Summary
- Click on Print
The Days column will give you the number of days. The summary at the bottom will give you an average length of stay for that report range.
The active patients have 00 as the discharge reason.
