Hospice Reporting Requirement


The QAPI stats for 2013 must be reported by April 1, so we recommend that you go back through all your 
hospice patients from 2013 and fill in the QAPI screen for each so that you can do your reporting in the system.

Keep in mind that the QAPI only shows up for hospice patients.
