Reports > OASIS > 13.51 Missing HIPPS Code
Run this report frequently to make sure the appropriate OASIS generate a HIPPS code. The from and thru date used will pull the sequence date of the OASIS. You can narrow down your options by selecting one program and payer or leave them blank to select all.
This report will only pull OASIS without HIPPS that follow these rules:
- The HIPPS code is blank
- The RFA is less than reason 06
- The primary payer for the patient is marked as PPS = Yes on the payer codes screen (Codes > Program Related Codes > Payer Codes)
- The answer to M0150 is not marked as 00 only - if the answer is 00 plus any other answer then the OASIS may show up
Troubleshooting Tips
If an OASIS shows up on the list then one of the following may be the issue:
- The OASIS has not been locked yet and there are errors within the OASIS - reivew and correct answers as needed
- The M0110 question is answered with NA - no HIPPS will generate
