This report is helpful to find the last scheduled visit of a certification period. It will look for scheduled visits from the Schedule screen, that are marked as a Recertification as the assessment type. You could use this report to find the patient’s that will need the next certification period of scheduled visits entered.
The Starting and Ending dates reflect the scheduled visit date. The Job Code picks up code used on the scheduled visit entry.
